Train Your Dog, Anytime, Anywhere

Kathy is amazing with all of my dogs! She most recently has been working with my Goldendoodle, Cooper. He’s quite the escape artist. She’s been working on the “come” command. The other day when Cooper got out of the yard, I simply said, “Cooper come!” and to my surprise, he immediately came running back! This was a major accomplishment since the last time he got out (before training), I called his name and he looked at me and kept running. I chased him all over the neighborhood and finally got him back with food. Cooper is making great progress with Kathy and I’m so happy!

Kathy is incredibly talented and passionate about the impact she makes in the lives of dogs and their families. I recently took a 4 month old Great Dane puppy rehome into my home. I already have an adult Dane and another large (mix) dog and I am the only human in the home. Big dog problems are real and I was prepared for that, but nothing could have prepared me for XL puppy problems! In addition to being an XL puppy this sweet boy is determined and opinionated. I was also not prepared for how big of an impact adding an additional personality would make to the dynamic in my home. Each time Kathy has assessed the situation, given small attainable changes to implement and within days literally changed my life. It’s amazing how big of an impact little things that the average person wouldn’t even recognize change everything about the way your home (or circus) function. I literally cried after the first visit because I finally felt like I could enjoy my puppy. It can be difficult to bond with a dog that is wreaking so much havoc and being able to actually enjoy my puppy and have my home function normally has been absolutely priceless. I wish everyone who brought a dog home did at least one session… so many more dogs would be able to stay in their homes.

Kathy is AMAZING. Our energetic bernedoodle was a handful of a puppy. She was biting and impossible to walk. We worked with Kathy over a few months and had a whole new relationship with our dog. She spent time teaching us how to reinforce what she was teaching our dog. Coco is a happier pup and we are madly in love with her! Thank you Kathy!!!

Kathy took in my lab puppy Booty for a few weeks. He was needing structure at a time when my mom was in cancer treatment. I couldn’t give him the time he needed and it was really showing in his behavior. She taught him to love his crate, to wait and be patient instead of rushing and devouring his food. She taught him to speak at the door instead of scratching it. It’s been a year since that training and he still naturally does these things with helpful reminders from me. She truly will help you and your dog create clear communication and a peaceful, happy place for you and your family to enjoy your dogs.
